If this option is selected as “no”, the dimming option will not be added and the product can be turned on/off by plugging its own cable into the socket. However, if you wish, you can also connect to the electrical switch with the help of a technician.

Absolutely chuffed with the end result. I bought this fake window frame with a bit of hesitation not sure how it would end up looking but have to say that with the extras such as curtains and a shelf (to mimic a windowsill), it’s added such an amazing upgrade to a windowless internal room.
ProskyPanels service was top quality service from start to finish. Again, I was a little apprehensive but shouldn’t have been as they have been great, same as the quality of their product. My only recommendation would be: a. provide batteries for the remote control (for a premium product and a premium price it’s not much to ask for) and b. an installation video would be great and easier to follow than the small installation sheet that comes with the product.
Other than the above, great all around and highly recommended. See before and after pics.
After trying for a long time to brighten my basement and make it feel less like a dungeon, I stumbled by accident across Prosky. I took a chance and placed an order for an edgewin window and I can't say enough how happy I am with it! It has really changed the feel of the entire space. It shipped incredibly quickly (I'm in Canada) and it arrived very fast in great condition. It was easy to assemble and install and the Prosky team helped me every step of the way through prompt email and WhatsApp messages with any of my questions and concerns. Genuinely one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of ordering from! The staff is incredibly polite and helpful, and the product is 100% worth the money! I will be a returning customer 😊
I'm absolutely delighted with my false windows! I've already ordered three.
The service is perfect, with emails (in English) including the first one with an exact rendering of the product for approval, followed by updates on the order status.
They also responded immediately to my messages.
Please note that there are also €38 in customs fees.
The assembly is quite simple and very well explained.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The experience was a 10/10. The product is amazing, but the customer service was unbeatable. They were super fast in everything! Shipping, answering questions, quick to resolve any issues…
I highly recommend them!
I’m thrilled with my fake window. This was a custom order, much smaller than their standard sizes. There were a few issues to start with, but the Prosky people made sure everything was put right and that I was happy with the final product.
I ordered two so-called "fake windows" from this company – a double window with a beautiful background image. They delivered a sturdy aluminum frame with powerful LEDs and a high-quality screen. Assembly was incredibly easy, and the result is simply stunning.
The power consumption is extremely low, and the brightness can be conveniently and continuously adjusted via remote control. The finished product exceeded my expectations – highly recommended!
The entire customer service process via WhatsApp was very pleasant and straightforward – friendly, competent, and helpful. I can definitely recommend this company without hesitation.
Finding a qualitative, realistic and payable fake window, was a challenge. We are more than happy that we found Prosky Panels with their products, amazing quality as well as outstanding customer "live" service (no KI generated Bots or Ticket System) We absolutely recommend 😃 btw the final result / window has been pimped a bit, with a frame etc., by myself
Fantastic experience : the product is of high quality, easy to assemble and all well adjusted and the effect is really beautiful. Picture is very accurate and colors are perfect. And the company is very serious. I had an issue and paid twice for the product but they were very reactive and communication was smooth and pleasant resulting in the reimbursement as promised. Great company, great manager and great product: I strongly recommend Pro Sky ! They are really professional !
Absolutely superb service, pays attention to smallest details and great product & quality. Really appreciated communication even on holidays. Will buy again. Thanks!
Great product and experience. Don't let their location sway your decision. Ordering was super simple. Communication throughout the build process was timely and seamless. Ensuring the picture was as I wanted in the orientation wanted. Once the prefer details were finalized the Prosky team gave regular follow ups. The produce arrived well packaged. Assembly was straight forward. I thought the picture canvas would be difficult to get wrinkle free. No issue. This is precise stuff. The faux window is realistic and provides needed light in a basement setting. Highly recommend this company. I had one minor question and Ibrahim followed up with the answer promptly! I made a custom recessed construction to really make this look like a real window. I have some final trim work to make the panel look like even better and promised the team I'd send a final picture. They give customer service like they were down the street. Actually better. This won't be my last panel. Highly recommend them.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently purchased the Prosky Fake Window with a View, and it has truly transformed my space! The design is incredibly realistic, making it feel like I have a beautiful outdoor view right in my room. Installation was a breeze, and the quality of the materials is impressive.
Not only does it add depth and brightness to my living area, but it also serves as a fantastic conversation starter when guests come over. I love how it creates an illusion of spaciousness, making my small apartment feel much larger.
If you're looking to enhance your home decor and bring a touch of the outdoors inside, I highly recommend the Prosky Fake Window with a View. It's a game-changer!
Great customer service and support, interactive and easy communication.
Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Teodor..
All I can say, is wow! I had such a good experience with Prosky panels. Ibrahim was the best. The communication was excellent. They were always available through WhatsApp. I did text and video chat and it was great. I selected to do a custom window so that we could create a very similar size window to the other windows in the house. The window came in three different sections by FedEX to match the paneling that our existing windows have. The mounting was fairly easy and straightforward. My window is mounted like we were hanging a picture frame or a mirror and just used heavier duty hardware I got from Home Depot. I believe they have different locations overseas and the one we dealt with is in Turkey. Feel confident with your purchase with prosky, I had zero problems with this company. I’m very happy with them. Very happy with the product we picked and very happy on how the project turned out. I have told multiple friends and family about the window and expect at some point for me to buy another one or a friend to buy one.
This is my third picture for my faux window. We installed it in our basement den that doesn't have any natural light. We keep it on from sun up to sun down and it provides just the right amount of light with a beautiful view. We also put curtains around our window to make it look even more realistic. Everyone loves it!!!!!
Great job, the window is excellent quality, bright, exactly as expected. The shipping was overnight. Communicated with the producer via email and WhatsApp, great experience. Highly recommended.
Amazing product, the window looks amazing in our dark living room. It has made it look so different! All our questions were answered promptly and staff are very friendly. It arrived quickly and it was very well packed. I cannot fault anything and cannot rate the window and Prosky Panels high enough. Thank you.
Working with Prosky Panels has been a pleasure. The product is well made and very easy to assemble. You can change the images for multiple effects. My room has been completely transformed. Customer service is top notch. I was able to ask questions and get updates very timely via WhatsApp. I definitely recommend Prosky Panels.
Super happy with my fake window. It changed a dark corner into a sunny place. By dimming the lights it is perfect at every hour of the day. Support and help was great. Needed a different size and preferred my own picture. All was possible and delivered in 2 weeks time. Took me 10 minutes to install and fits exactly. Now thinking of other pictures to order.
Prosky panels are great! Customer support and communication both pre- and post-sales has been outstanding! We love the pictures we chose and they are much easier to swap out than I imagined. Installation was easy and straight forward.
Skeptical of course, it being in the Middle East and me in Alberta, Canada. It is a legitimate company. Reviews (20) all 5 star. Customer service agent Ibrahim was very helpful and patient. Prices are reasonable considering shipping is free. I took advantage of a special offer. Visa payment went through instantly. Canada customs $16 Cdn, a necessary pain. WhatsApp is free, works great and is quick. Process was efficient and fast. Special order 4 days; Fedex 4 days. Amazing! Assembly was easy on kitchen table, if one ??? reads the instructions. Results, fantastic. Forgot to photograph, but will do with my second picture. One for bathroom and one for kitchen. Condo is small. Later for variety I will purchase different images. I recommend Prosky Panels to anyone with windowless rooms or just small living quarters.
Absolutely love my new fake windows! I put them in the room I use as my office which doesn’t have any windows and these really brighten the room up. It’s perfect and no longer feels like I’m working in a cave! The only thing is there was a weird smell coming from them while they are turned on. It has faded a bit over the past couple weeks but it’s still there, just not as strong. Otherwise, I love these so much and highly recommend!
I came across Prosky Panels thru' google. Initially I was procrastinating whether to order from Prosky Panels as Turkey is miles away from my country Singapore! Reliability? Service? I am so glad that eventually I placed order for this Venice picture from Prosky Panels. The website is user-friendly & detaiIed. The staff service was smooth & efficient. Communication was thru' WhatsApp. When the product arrived, I fixed it up with ease. We hanged the Venice picture at the dining corner. My wife, mother in law love the Venice picture so much! Especially when the lights are switched on in the night, it simply brightens the whole place. Friends who saw it... Waaaaaah... as though they were having a meal at Venice cafe. I am indeed happy & satisfied with this product. Highly Recommend to those who want a unique feeling in their home decors ??
Very good service and high quality products. Thank you very much for Prosky teams effort. The order process went fast. Product quality far beyond my expectations.
I highly recommend Prosky Panels to anyone whom wants to have a unique picture with led light in the background. It makes your room brighter and warm welcoming. The salesman (Ibrahim) is very professional when it comes to service and handle with care. I love the picture panels so much and everyone whom comes to my house compliments and loves it so much. Thanks for making beautiful picture frames.
I'm so pleased with this wonderful fake window in my basement-room. The quality is just great. Super service; transport of the package done with very much care ; quick response to any questions. Top !!
Living in a small condo with only one window, I decided that I wanted to get a "fake" window in my living room to give the illusion that I had another window and make my space look bigger. I was looking for a company that made windows I could install on my wall without having to cut through it and I wanted something that was thin enough to look realistic and not bulky. I researched many different companies and came across Prosky Panels online as it was the only company that provided a product that did just that.
I emailed the company with my order and wired the money seamlessly. Communication was efficient through WhatsApp and the employees there were super-responsive to all of my questions and providing me with an order status update. Within a few days, my order arrived by mail and it only took me 15 minutes to install the window. The quality was superb and I loved the window fabric material since it was very easy to install and I could tell it would last a long time. I also ordered other panel designs so I could change out the look of the windows based on the season, which is a great way to make the windows look realistic. Overall, I would order from this company again and am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received from this company.
With COVID in our lives now and staying home most of the time, my wife and I decided to renovate our basement to keep busy. After walls were up and carpentry work was finished, it was time to decorate. Since we live on Lake Erie in Pennsylvania, we decided on a nautical theme for our basement. I was going to build my own fake window with some kind of lighted beach picture. In my research to find some idea on how to build this window, “Prosky Panels” kept coming up in my web searches. I really liked what I saw. Their website was very professional and when I emailed them, there was a quick response.
I never made an international purchase before, but after a few texts and phone calls to Prosky, I was made to feel very comfortable. I ended up buying (2) 130x170 panels with a beautiful beach scene and was even helped with the wire transfer by a Prosky representative’s direct call when the bank needed help at the time of the transfer.
It took just 2 days to get delivered to my house in the US, just like Prosky said it would, even though I did not believe it could arrive that fast. You can’t get that kind of service even within the US. The assembly and installation went smoothly, really not that bad. When my wife and I both sat down and hit the panel remote we could not believe how beautiful it was. Exceeded all our expectations. Breathtaking!! Such detail, even with the LED’s turned off. We are very satisfied customers. It changed the whole look and feel of our basement, now called our family room.
Thank you Abrahim for all your help from start to finish including the after hour phone calls, because of the 8 hr time difference. You didn’t need to tell me that customer service always comes first, I figured that out on my own from the way I was treated. Thank you and the entire Prosky Team.

When I first discovered Prosky Panels I was a little hesitant to purchase from them as they were located in Turkey and I lived in the United States. But I decided to take a chance because I really liked what I saw. So I sent them an email and I got a response a couple hours later. At that point they told me about “What’s App” that allowed us to communicate quickly and with a built in translator. I decided on what I wanted and I was sent a draft to approve. Once I approved the draft it took a couple days for them to produce and two days to ship it to me. After I received the product there was a you tube video along with English directions to help install (very easy installation). The final product turned out awesome. I will be getting some additional images in the future for my new windows in our basement. Great service and a great product.
